Coastal Counselling & Therapeutic Services offer a wide range of supportive services based in the beautiful coastal town of Aberystwyth in West Wales. Our services include counselling, coaching, mentoring, delivering courses and workshops and we also run a number of wellbeing day retreats. Self-development and personal growth is at the very core of our work.
We are able to offer our counselling and therapeutic services remotely using telephone and online platforms to ensure we can support those who may not be in a position to engage with us face-to-face. This also means we are able to work with individuals who live outside of the Aberystwyth area.

Please be aware that we cannot ethically consult or advise on mental health via email. We use this method of communication to arrange a suitable appointment where you will then be able to discuss your concerns with a professional.
