Extract from Melissa

"I established Coastal Counselling and Therapeutic Services as I feel extremely passionate about empowering others to heal from past trauma or events that may have led them into a way of life that does not serve or fulfil them any longer.

We can reach a point in our lives where we recognise something is not quite right, we no longer feel fulfilled or perhaps we never have. We may feel out of control and have lost our sense of self.  We may feel this way for a whole variety of reasons or perhaps there may not even be a significant reason why at all. Recognising these feelings can sometimes feel extremely daunting and we can struggle to process what is happening or find the answers we need ourselves.

Connecting with a professional be that in one-to-one counselling or coaching, attending a workshop or investing in a retreat can help us gain insight and understanding into our own challenges which will empower us to find solutions. Then we can start to create a life full of abundance, the life we all deserve.

I look forward to working with you and being a part of your self development journey".
