In addition to counselling we are also pleased to deliver a number of courses and workshops with the hope to empower others to develop skills needed in order to realign with their true selves and live a life of fulfilment.

These courses and workshops are between 1-2 hours in length and include a variety of psycho-education, activities and reflection in order to really embed the skills being taught.

Retreats



We are pleased to announce our bespoke day retreats that are centred around self-development and personal growth. Immerse yourself in the supportive environment of a retreat with like minded individuals also looking to reconnect with themselves and realign with their truth.

Investing in your wellbeing by attending one of our supportive day retreats can be a great step in starting on your self development journey. We hold these in a variety of settings that support a re-connection to your self and others.
